"The front desk service of the hotel is warm and thoughtful, and the problems raised can be solved with heart. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Will choose again next time. The environment is very good, and the surrounding air is very good"
"Conveniently located, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from Hong Kong station if you're coming into town from the airport.
Rooms are relatively large and nicely appointed with a work desk, fridge and kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee samples. There's no bottled water but there's a 7/11 just a minute's walk from the foyer.
Best of all, you're surrounded by a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets."
"Great location and very central. The room will be a bit of a squeeze for two people with large suitcases however. It's sorta like those rooms in Japan. Cleanliness was good, water pressure good, breakfast each morning delivered to your room is such a great idea and it's a good start to the day. The staff are good. A man in particular was so nice, helpful and welcoming. The girl who checked me in was nice but I think she needs to be a bit less sassy. Otherwise all is good and I will stay again. Thank you"

"The hotel was great—very convenient, with the train station just a step away. Restaurants were all nearby. It was a very nice and memorable experience! The room may be small, but it was clean."

"Great location, Wan Chai station entrance is just a short walk across the street and there’s bus stop in front of hotel. To go to airport, you need to go to another bus stop which is also a short walk from the hotel and most importantly, mostly flat so no worries about walking with your large luggage on slope.
Even though my room was located on low floor and right in front of the lift, it’s not noisy. Bed are comfortable but pillows are too flat/low, needed 2 pillows. Toiletries was not provided due to HK government policy to reduce carbon footprint and the staff does inform during the check in process so make sure to bring your own toothbrush toothpaste vanity kit shavers and shower cap. No bottle water provided but there are water dispenser on 19th floor for guests to fill your own water bottle. Mini fridge and kettle are provided.
Generally pleasant stay with lots of good food nearby."
"What a gem this place is. Good size rooms and very good storage. Clean, quiet, and comfortable beds. Free laundry machines is a huge plus. The location is 5 minute walk from the harbour and access to transit. The staff was very helpful in booking a taxi and even lending us umbrellas. Highly recommend. One suggestion is if they could provide a few basic dishes and utensils, it would be even better."
"The location is very convenient and has easy access to all amenities and a nearby MTR station Mongkok and train station Mongkok East for direct train ride to Shenzhen.
There's also an Ichiran Ramen restaurant at the side of the hotel for the Wow factor.
Shopping and good food is also just around the corner and this is really a good boutique hotel."
"The hotel itself was quite clean. However, it's situated in an industrial area, which made it a bit hard to find, and the surroundings were noticeably less appealing than other parts of the city. Still, I'd say it offered decent value for money. My main complaint is that the room didn't come with complimentary water. While that's a minor point, charging 10 RMB for a generic brand mineral water bottle felt excessively expensive."
"Surrounded by shops and restaurants, but still peaceful during the night - what could anyone ask for? The hotel is worth the price. Quite spacious for Hong Kong standards, clean, and super helpful staff. Definitely booking this hotel when I visit Hong Kong again😁"
"Helpful staff, room is a bit outdated but well maintained. Location isn’t the most convenient unless you’re going to take a cab everywhere. (I’d expect you to though if this is your accommodation of choice.)"

Very Good
QQueen Bee BakesA very convenient location and we loved the 2 double beds in the room! Good for 4 ladies but having just 1 bathroom is a little inconvenient 😝
The room is very spacious actually! And it is very hard to find rooms that can accommodate 4 persons in central Hong Kong. The hotel has a big mall next to it and there are many eateries located here. Even the Mongkok East rail station is accessible from Level 1 inside the mall. If you are hungry, the famous Men Wah Cafe is right next to the hotel, it is the first shop when you enter the mall.

Good
GGuest UserGood location in the mid-levels Central district. For those who don't like to walk, it is easy to get a taxi outside the hotel or you may use the hotel shuttles that take you to the heart of Central (only available during peak hours on weekdays). I like walking through the botanical garden when I want to go to the SOHO area (where you'll find lots of bars, restaurants, and bakeries, etc.) and swing by the otters and meerkats enclosures. Regarding the hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean enough and all rooms come with a kitchenette. Fusion supermarket is just a minute walk away if you fancy doing some light cooking (no oil, or condiments are provided in the rooms though). The breakfast is decent and you get a few choices to choose from (e.g. American breakfast, omelets, dim sum, etc.). There is a gym and laundry facility on site too, but unfortunately the rowing machine and the elliptical were both out of service during my stay. Overall this is a great value for your money hotel if you don't mind being a little away from the hustle bustle of the CBD area.

Good
CCoconut331First time staying here - the room is decent and clean. The bathroom is more spacious than average 4 star hotel. There are tables and a sofa which not a lot of 4 star hotel will provide.
And the best part of my stay is the bed. It is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept by far among all the 4 star hotels I lived in.
Overall speaking, trip ranked this as top 20 4-star hotel and I think this speaks for itself.
A bit sad that the swimming pool is closed due to renovation. But amenities are great, there are gym room, swimming pool and even massage service.

AAustralian PeterpanHave stayed in this hotel multiple times. Always choose the executive room type of very high floors for much better views. East-facing rooms on the high floor have a harbour view. The hotel has 3 lifts serving guestrooms from level 6 to level 33. Be patient when waiting for a lift in the morning before 10am.

Lleraglobetrotter05iclub Fortress Hill is a great choice if you want a modern, no-frills stay in Hong Kong. The location is excellent—just a few minutes from the MTR and surrounded by local cafés and shops, yet quieter than busy Central.
Rooms are compact but bright, with smart layouts and large windows that make them feel more spacious. The design is minimalist, and while amenities are basic, the free coffee, tea, and light breakfast at the iLounge are a nice touch. Staff are friendly and efficient, and Wi-Fi works well throughout.
It’s not luxury—expect snug rooms and limited extras—but for travelers who value convenience, cleanliness, and good value in a prime location, iclub Fortress Hill is a solid pick.

FFarahaniBitaVery nice hotel, however inside the room was a bit oldish furniture, not feeling very 100% clean to put my staff if it’s necessary on the floor.. nice view, with a pool.. you need to take a shuttle bus or bus to go to MRT to go to all other places, however it’s close to the airport. Staff are very respectful and friendly. Reasonable price, I will be back again however I will consider the distance from iconic spots as this was difficult when I wanted to return late as I had to take Uber which added to the price , the rest was easy and fun.

GGuest UserLocated at Wan Chai, one of the main living area at island.
Since it was operated by renovation of old house, there are no evaluator at main living building and reception is actually ground floor of building nearby, but they try the best to make them connected by rooftops as public garden and bridge.
They make very effective use for space, as there is a pillar at the middle of single room. anyway I think it is good enough for daily lives and the price.
Recommended, if you do not need too much space with luxurious.
Wish coming here again!

GGuest UserReasonably clean but could tell the building was very old with a musty smell. You could say the decorations were quite vintage/old depending on how you look at it. Room was big for hk standards and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that they are cutting down on disposable amenities according to chinese regulations but some that are not provided can be bought from a vending machine in the gym. Wanted to buy a dental kit but the touchscreen pad said it was sold out although it was stocked.
